Must be a qualifying U.S. student (high school senior, GED recipient, undergraduate, or graduate) or the parent/legal guardian of an eligible student, and the winner must be able to enroll at least half-time at an eligible accredited, non-profit U.S. college or university within one year of winner confirmation.

Twelve winners are awarded across monthly entry periods, with each winner required to enroll and attend an eligible school within one year to receive the scholarship.
